Shipping Information
Generally goods are packed and shipped within 24 hours on any workday. Orders received Friday afternoon will not ship till Monday. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days. Shipping for International Customers: The two forms of shipping available for international customers are low cost air mail, and Interparcel Fedex/UPS/TNT courier. Low cost air mail does not provide tracking information. Shipping time varies greatly depending on destination. Delivery is usually made in 2-4 weeks, but can take as long as 6 in some cases. Interparcel Fedex/UPS/TNT courier takes between 5-7 days and has tracking available. Please note that Priority 1 Design does not take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels shipped. Risk of loss: All goods despatched from Priority 1 Design are made on the understanding a shipment contract is entered. This means that the risk of damage or loss in transit and title for such goods passes to you upon pick up by any courier or carrier. Your order may incur additional charges in the form of import duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are your responsibility. Should you refuse payment of these charges, the package may be destroyed or returned to us at your expense. Please be aware of the rules for your country and plan accordingly.
