Refund Policy

Where supplied goods are found to be faulty we undertake to repair or replace on an "express service" basis. You must contact us before returning any items with a description of the fault. We will respond with an authorization email before you can return the goods.

All goods returned must be sent no later than 7 days after receiving the goods.

Goods will be inspected on return. Replacement units will only be sent if there is no clear evidence of incorrect usage that would generally result in the malfunction of the unit, such as exceeding the products operating voltages or conditions as specified by its datasheet.
